    Rick Frio co-founded BestTransport.com, which grew into the leading SaaS Transportation Management System in North America and Europe. The platform processed over $2 billion in annual freight transactions. Rick served as CEO, President, and board director.

    Rick founded MPR Transloading and served as Chairman as the company built the largest automated flat-storage frac sand terminal in the Utica Shale region, serving the oil and gas industry across eastern Ohio and West Virginia.

    Rick is a partner at IMC Energy, a developer of commercial solar, community solar, EV charging, and distributed natural gas energy projects across Ohio, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. IMC works with middle-market companies and non-profits to reduce energy costs and meet ESG commitments.

    Rick is a partner at RTS Solutions, which helps small and mid-sized businesses achieve significant LTL freight savings through consolidated buying power and proprietary technology. RTS brings enterprise-level freight economics to companies that would otherwise lack the volume to negotiate them.
